Basic requirements
HR
- At least 2 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)
- HR interviewing experience
- Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel
- Experience in introducing, composing, and updating company’s policies
- At least Intermediate level of English
- Taking initiative, and driving processes forward
As a plus
- Maintaining and support a full cycle of the HR process (time off tracking, performance evaluations, probation period reviews, exit interviews)
- Maintaining the Company database and internal knowledge platform
- 1-1 Meetings management and continuous communication with people
- Mentoring and support of managers in dealing with HR related issues
- Benefits management
- Organization of corporate events
- Participation in education and development plans
- Reporting
