Basic requirements
- 0,5+ year of experience in full cycle recruitment for IT specialists
- Strong sourcing skills
- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
- Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and interview feedbacks drawing up
- Active life position and positive mood
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good English will be a plus

- Searching for candidates according to Job Description requirements
- Pre-screening and initial contact with candidates
- Updating of the database of candidates
