Basic requirements
- 1.5 + years of as an IT Project Manager
- English level not lower than Upper Intermediate
- Understanding of the development life cycle
- Knowledge of the Agile (Scrum) methodology
- The ability to correctly explain the thoughts and substantiate technical solutions, both orally and in writing
- Ability to correctly assess and enhance the results of the work of the development department
- High level of self-organization and responsibility (inborn mode)
As a plus
- knowledge of German;
- higher education in the field of computer technology;
- result-orientation, teamwork skills, fast learning, analytical thinking;
- technical background (it will be a huge plus!).
Responsibilities
- Project requirements gathering
- Setting up tasks for developers
- Document management of the project
- Analysis of ready-made technical solutions, selection of the best on the basis of the received data
- Planning the project according to the established scheme
- Monitor the timing of project tasks
- Communication with the team and contractors, statement of the work process (development, testing, work with requirements)
- Control over the tasks of each of the participants in the project (designer, developer, QA engineers, etc.)
