Basic requirements
- At least 1,5 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Upper-intermediate English and literacy in Ukrainian/Russian
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Hiring experience on foreign markets
- Experience in direct search and sourcing
- Eagerness to never stop learning
- Great self-organization skills
- Curiosity and sense of humor
As a plus
- Experience with an ATS
- Mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Full recruitment process
- Form our candidates’ database
- Search and hiring of technical interviewers, constant feedback for them, and work on
- Improving this part of the recruitment process
- Research the market and constantly learn and develop as a recruiter
- After your successful onboarding — mentoring part of the team
