Who is It for?

This vision project explores how a Universal Knowledge Copilot can help organizations manage internal knowledge more effectively.
In many companies, important information lives in different places: policies, SOPs, FAQs, templates, internal portals, and shared drives. When knowledge is scattered, employees lose time searching for answers, and teams often give inconsistent responses.

The idea behind this project was to design a secure, role-aware Knowledge Copilot that acts as a single source of truth for any department.

It is especially useful for departments like Legal, HR, Finance, Support, Sales, and Operations, where accuracy and consistency matter. It represents a realistic and production-ready vision based on challenges we see repeatedly across organizations.
