The customer is the owner of a small network of 3 dental clinics. He was looking for a reliable technical partner to develop a custom CRM.

The reason is the constantly increasing paperwork, X-Ray images, and operational costs. Documentation management was unscalable and unproductive. Thus, the founder decides to solve this pain with a digital solution.

Before starting the development process, we identified key problems that the CRM software was supposed to solve. These are:

 

  • High operational costs

    The exponential growth of costs on storage and support of images.

  • Limited access to images

    It leads to delays in the process of treatment during the appointment.

  • Loss of X-Ray images

    All X-Ray images are kept for only 6 months. As a result, up to 5% of patients have to reshoot on X-Ray.

  • Outdated storage system for documents and X-Ray shots

    The dental clinics were using an old-fashioned storage system that made it difficult to access, share, and manage patient records and X-Ray images efficiently. This slowed down workflows and increased the risk of data loss.

  • Lack of a scheduling and notification system

    There was no centralized tool to help patients book appointments or receive timely reminders. This resulted in missed visits, scheduling conflicts, and overall disorganization.

  • Lack of rapid communication between clinics

    Dental clinics within the network couldn’t exchange patient data or updates quickly. This gap delayed collaboration between specialists.

  • Lack of motivation system for doctors

    There were no clear metrics or incentive systems in place to track doctors’ performance or reward their achievements. This could potentialy lead to lower engagement and reduced productivity.
